EagleBridge Capital arranges $ 8.612 million mortgage financing for medical office building


BOSTON- EagleBridge Capital arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $ 8,612,000 for the Chelmsford Medical and Surgical Center on behalf of the Vazza Real Estate Group. The facility is located at 321 Billerica Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge director Ted Sidel, who said the loan was granted by a leading financial institution.

Chelmsford Medical and Surgical Center is a 72,050 square foot two story medical office building located on 4.93 acres with parking for 245 vehicles. The building has a large glass atrium opening onto a two-story lobby. Tenants include AMD Global Telemedicine, West Suburban Eye Surgery Center, Columbia Care, and OfficeLink.

The property is conveniently located on Billerica Road (Route 129) just off Route 3, a major north-south highway, which connects to Route I-495 and the Lowell Connector approximately one mile to the north. It is located in the heart of the Hwy 129 office park and industrial corridor. The immediate vicinity is home to office parks, corporate facilities and businesses related to technology, software and medical devices.
